POLICIES

BOOKING/CONSULTATION

  • A NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE is required to book your appointment. If a booking fee is not paid at the time of booking, your appointment will be canceled.

  • A credit card will be placed on file at the time of booking.

  • Your remaining balance is due at the time of the appointment. Cash is preferred at the time of appointment. (PLEASE NOTE: 4% NEW YORK STATE OR 6% CALIFORNIA STATE SALES TAX IS ADDED TO THE OVERALL COST OF THE SERVICE WHEN USING OTHER METHODS OF PAYMENT)

  • ALL APPOINTMENTS INCLUDE A CONSULTATION. During the consultation, we address your overall goals, as well as any questions or concerns you have regarding the service. At this time, we will determine what procedure would best fit for you.

  • PLEASE NOTE: In some cases, either the artist or client will determine that permanent makeup is not a good fit. In the event that this happens, the client will not owe the remaining balance at this time. The booking fee pays for the reservation and time spent.

  • If you are unsure if you are a candidate for permanent makeup, please send an email to appointments@marinazakhrabova.com prior to booking.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING

  • If you wish to reschedule your appointment, a minimum of FIVE (5) DAYS notice is needed. If you attempt to reschedule your appointment within the 5 day window, you will lose your booking fee and a new booking fee will be required to book another appointment.

  • You are allowed ONE reschedule. Multiple reschedules will require new non-refundable booking fees. This ensures that you are serious about your appointment and my time.

  • Cancellations will forfeit their deposits, no exceptions.

LATE ARRIVAL / NO SHOW

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment and a $100 rescheduling fee will apply.

  • I have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for no show appointments. Any client who does not show for a scheduled appointment will forfeit their booking fee, be charged 50% of the service cost to the credit card on file, and will not be allowed to book a service with me.

RESULTS / COVERUPS

  • Healed results will vary with each individual client. All services require a minimum of TWO sessions, but more sessions may be necessary depending on desired look. Additional charges will apply. Please refer to the PRICING section for more information.

  • ALL PREVIOUS WORK MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Failure to comply will result in forfeit of booking fee.

VACCINES

  • If you are planning to get any vaccine, please make sure to schedule your appointment a minimum of 14 days after your shot. Failure to comply will result in forfeit of booking fee.

PLEASE NOTE: Policies and prices are subject to change at any time at the artist’s discretion. We have the right to refuse service to anyone, for any circumstance.
